How to ... remove the acidity from the tomato sauce.




Hi everybody....finally back!


As you know, in this place i gonna answer with tips for facilitate your Italian cooking.

Lucrece asked me why, when she make the tomato sauce, that became easily with an acid taste.

The answer is: because the acidity is inside the tomato and that came out  naturally during the cooking;
that is due to the component to the tomato.....is also related to the season and the quality of the tomato.
Then don't worry, is not your mistake....you are an able cooker!

The tips is: when you have a kind of tomato with very high acidity, is enough, during the cooking, add two tea spoon of sugar for every liter of sauce.
